Felicia is the first android build under supervision of Adrian Reese and Pro. Raven. Her original programming was to replace the now dormant Turk force with Felicia 2Two and 3Three. Although, a certain trio made for re-programming of her objectives.

(No seriously, don't ask. I'm just re-writing what I wrote down four years ago. I don't even remember.)
