The long awaited birthday present for my loving step-sister this year (; So far for the last four years I've done a portrait of her for her birthday, that's all she ever wants and she looks forward to it all year. Previously they've just been her on white with her name enlarged around her.

This year I wanted to go all-out because I felt like it (; That, and she's never had a real birthday party and this year my father and step-mother are throwing her a proper one. Yay!

The names on the wall are her three close friends that have passed away in the last three or four years (Tim: Drowned on a boating trip they were on in 2003. Kyle: Passed away from undiagnosed advanced bone cancer in 2004. Duff: Hung himself in 2006). Adam is her brother (my step-brother) who is in prison at the moment but she still loves to death and misses very much.
